Uche Monu is the CEO and Lead Consultant at Silver Crest Educational Services Ltd., and a respected education professional with over 15 years of experience in teacher training, educational leadership, and school improvement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Nottingham (UK), and an Advanced Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management. She is also an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme (SMP47) at Lagos Business School. A certified Montessori Directress, Uche earned an International Diploma in the Montessori Method of Education and holds a Diploma in Special Educational Needs, reflecting her strong commitment to inclusive learning.
Uche’s journey in education began in 2010 with the founding of The Explore Creativity Centre in Asaba—an after-school initiative focused on nurturing creativity and diverse skills in children. In 2020, she founded Silver Crest School in Lagos, which later evolved into Silver Crest Educational Services.
A dynamic and visionary leader, Uche is committed to excellence in education and continuous professional growth. She has participated in numerous local and international training programs, educational seminars, conferences, and classroom observation initiatives.
She is the founder of The Explore Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing inclusive and equitable education. The foundation empowers educators, promotes inclusive learning environments, and provides resources to schools—particularly within Nigeria’s public education sector. She also the convener the High Impact Conference for Educators, the foundation’s flagship program.
Uche serves as Chairperson of the Train the Trainers Summit, a nationwide initiative of The Duke’s Infant & Child Foundation, where she is also a member of the Board of Trustees. Through this platform, she champions leadership development, community empowerment, and expanded opportunities for children across Nigeria. She also serves on several boards and contributes actively to initiatives focused on transformational development.
In addition to her work in education, Uche is a travel consultant who has organized international tours and conferences, and has participated in various industry-specific training programs.

Joy Isa

Dr Joy Isa is an experienced educator, a certified international school head, a management consultant, a certified counsellor and speaker who passionately supports women and young people through varied challenges. She holds a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Buffalo State University and a Doctorate in Education, from Walden University. She also has CPD certificates from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Dr Isa is a life member and mentor with WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business, and Public Service) an author, and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants. For over three decades, she has contributed to developing education in Africa by facilitating professional development sessions on multiple platforms locally and internationally, and she has been involved in developing curricula for different learning organisations. She has also facilitated leadership training in the Banking, FinTech, and NGO sectors. Dr Isa served briefly as President of a women’s university in East Africa and as the President and Lead Consultant at ISED, the Isa School of Education–a school of education and consultancy set up to up-skill leaders in education across Africa.
She now serves as Director of Marketing and Admissions at Rugby School Nigeria, a member of Rugby School Global. Amongst other voluntary board membership positions, she serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Osnon Academy, Chair of the Management Board of the Pistis Leadership and Life Institute, and non-executive Director at Lumilearn, a digital marketplace for educators.
Her deep love for quality education can be seen in her latest book titled, Upgrade – From Note Copying to Critical Thinking, where she shares a passionate appeal to African educators to raise a generation of thinkers in their classrooms.

Ogaga Omo-Ovie Esq, life student of leadership, certified Management Consultant, Chief Learning Officer and Executive Consultant , Process and Paradigms Consulting, a knowledge and capacity building Organisation curating cutting edge solutions and products that build the dreams and ease burdens of people, corporates and nations. He is an alumnus of the Daystar Leadership Academy, Lagos Nigeria and with the passion for leadership transformation he has curated several courses and programs to upskill the leadership and managerial skills of staff, middle and senior management teams of organizations including educational institutions in Nigeria. He was a volunteer Faculty member of the state –owned John Odigie- Oyegun Public Service Academy Edo state{JOOPSA} where he alongside other members of faculty plan, curate and deliver trainings to civil and public servants in Edo state. More recently he is currently engaged as the lead facilitator for the SUBEB/UBEC School based training where over 1000 teachers and school leaders in Edo state public schools were trained on pedagogy, leadership as well as classroom management. He has conducted leadership and soft skills development trainings for International and local organizations such as SOS Children’s Village International, First Bank Insurance PLC now Sanlam and Foundation for Partnerships in the Niger Delta (PIND) As a certified management cum education consultant he has carried out consulting projects in several organizations including educational institutions in Edo, Delta, Lagos, Bayelsa and Rivers states including the FCT Abuja. Currently serving as the Manager of the Early Years Department at Daisies Pride School, Kamsy leads with a passion for excellence, innovation, and holistic child development. She is a certified Speech Facilitator, Handwriting Specialist, and Special Needs Educator with experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, which enriches her approach to communication, literacy development, stakeholder engagement, and educational leadership. Throughout her career, she has positively impacted the lives of countless children, educators, and families through her commitment to quality early childhood education and inclusive practice.
